1. Scope of application

 

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of tickets for the Waterkant Festival via the Waterkant Future Thinking Labs ticket store. With the purchase of a ticket you accept these terms and conditions.

 

2. Contractual partners and conclusion of contract

 

(1) The purchase contract is concluded between:

(2) The purchase of a ticket constitutes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the purchase and process the payment.

 

3. Prices and payment methods

 

(1) All ticket prices quoted are final prices and include VAT.

(2) Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the ticket store.

 

4. No right of withdrawal

 

There is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, as this is a timed leisure event. The ticket purchase is therefore binding and non-refundable.

 

5. Ticket dispatch and admission

 

(1) After successful payment, the ticket will be provided by e-mail as a digital ticket.

(2) Admission to the festival is only possible with a valid ticket. Passing on or resale is only possible within the framework of our goodwill regulations.

 

6. Passing on and transferring tickets

 

(1) It is generally possible to transfer tickets to another person, provided the ticket is not personalized.

(2) The commercial resale of tickets is prohibited.

 

7. Festival rules and house rules

 

(1) By entering the festival grounds, ticket holders agree to the festival rules. Violations can lead to exclusion from the festival, without entitlement to a refund.

(2) The Waterkant Festival reserves the right of domicile.

 

8. Cancellation or postponement of the festival

 

(1) Should the festival be canceled or postponed for reasons of force majeure (e.g. storms, pandemics, official orders), we will inform all ticket purchasers as soon as possible.

(2) In such cases, the statutory regulations or goodwill solutions that we offer apply.

 

9. Disclaimer

 

(1) The organizer is not liable for damage caused by third parties.

(2) Die Teilnahme am Festival erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.

 

10. Data protection

 

The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our Datenschutzerklärung.

 

11. Final provisions

 

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
