1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

 

You have the right to cancel purchase contracts within 14 days without giving reasons.

 

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you purchased goods from us. Ticket purchases are excluded.

 

2. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a fixed date or period for the provision of services.

As the events of the Waterkant Future Thinking Lab are scheduled events, there is no right of withdrawal for the purchase of tickets.

 

3. Goodwill provision

 

If you are still unable to attend the festival or other Waterkant Futures Thinking Lab events, please contact us. In individual cases, we can facilitate a rebooking or transfer of tickets.
